How long does approval take?
We review every trade application within 48 hours. Once you're approved you'll receive your account details and full catalogue access straight away.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Stock sitting in a warehouse helps nobody, so we process and send orders as quickly as we can.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is sourced directly from brand owners or their authorised distributors. We don't buy grey-market stock, and we offer full traceability on every item.
What do I get when my account is approved?
Full catalogue access with trade pricing, plus a dedicated account manager who'll help you find the right products and handle any queries on your orders.
What product categories do you stock?
Health, beauty, grocery, drinks, home, baby, electronics and pet supplies, thousands of SKUs across the categories independent retailers sell most.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order value is £250 excluding VAT. We kept it deliberately low, high minimums are one of the reasons independent retailers struggle with traditional wholesalers, and we set out to fix that.
What are your payment terms?
New accounts trade on a pro-forma basis, meaning payment is made before dispatch, by bank transfer. Once you have established a trading history with us, 30-day credit terms are available on application and subject to a credit check.
What if something arrives damaged or short?
Tell us within 3 working days of delivery and we will credit or replace the affected items in full. Full details are set out in our terms of service.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at present. We supply retailers throughout the United Kingdom only.
